Tires Plus

Stopped in here today I had two tires on rims that needed to be aired up and the guy behind the counter said it would be $20 a piece to air them up !! The tires were already on the rims and he was telling me that he had to remount the tires 🙄 I went to a different tire shop they had it done in under 5 minutes at no charge! Corporate greed is an ugly thing in this country!

Brandon was very helpful in getting us service quickly and they have very good prices compared to other autoshops we’ve been to. Highly recommend!

It's Saturday at 5pm, I am in Rockford from out of town, and I get a flat. I called Tires Plus, which closes at 6pm, and was nicely told to bring my car on in. I was quoted a charge if they could patch it. They patched my tired, they charged me the quoted price and we were all done by 6pm. Amazing! Here's the best part....Every single staff member that evening was nice. I mean genuinely nice. I haven't had customer service like that in quite some time. What a great experience overall Thank you Tires Plus Rockford staff for making what could've been miserable....quite nice.

My wife found a nail in our tire after work the other night... We were able to call, get a quote over the phone, arrive, get our tire fixed and be on our way in under an hour. Most of the other shops weren't even open let alone willing to take on a last minute job like this... 10/10 would recommend

Brandon the "manager" would not allow a simple plug on a 4 year old Goodyear tire. Even the technician shook his head. What I find comical is that I have used this shop for 2 decades, they have 6? of my vehicles in the system. Attention ownership, never will you see me again! Here's a photo of the screw, in the middle of the tire! Good luck with your career Brandon! :)
